**Guest Cancellation~ |

We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all spa services. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged a 50% fee. No shows will be charged a 100% fee. Gift Certificates will be reduced to half value and 100% respectively. Cancellation of spa packages and permanent cosmetic procedures MUST be received 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment in order to avoid above penalties. |

**Gift Certificates~ |

Gift certificates may be redeemed for service(s) and/or retail products. They must be presented at time of appointment and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates may not be purchased in conjunction with any special offer or discounts. Gift certificates are non-refundable. |

**Payments~ |

Payment is due in full at time of each appointment. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. |

**Late Arrivals~ |

Late arrivals will receive treatment for ONLY the REMAINING TIME of the scheduled appointment, and will be responsible the FULL amount of the service fee. |

**Children~ |

Due to the nature of our services and our efforts to maintain a serene and relaxing environment for our clients. Children under 11 years old are NOT allowed in service area or treatment rooms. We ask that you please arrange for childcare prior to visit. |

**Cell Phones & Pagers~ |

Out of consideration for our guests, please mute pagers and cell phones. Cell phone use is not permitted in our reatment rooms. Our front desk staff will assist if needed. |

**Jewelry & Valuables~ |

For greater peace of mind and enjoyment of your spa experience, we recommend that you leave expensive jewelry and valuables in the safety and security of your own home or vehicle. |
